Mission Statement

At Southpointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation, we provide compassionate, integrated care for our residents, specializing in comprehensive rehabilitative services to help individuals transition from the hospital back to their homes. Our services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Our dedicated healthcare team, consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, is available five days a week and on call 24/7. Each resident receives a personalized care plan from our interdisciplinary team to ensure person-centered care, and we prioritize open communication with residents and their families. We strive to be Greenville’s community of choice and look forward to serving you.
